2、Operating safety; the arm hand is on the inside of the frame, as maintenance, the arm hand is equipped with anti-loading belt and emergency stop electric eye above, in order to ensure the safety we also add a fence on the periphery of the whole equipment, and set the net door at the entrance and exit to give the electric eye signal. Then the safety of the whole machine operation is ensured.

3, stability and durability.

The equipment is welded with rigid structure of 10mm thickness, and the whole machine is divided into four modules: frame, arm hand, upper film break organization and coherent control system, the structure is relatively simple, and because of the simplicity, its stability and durability is much better than the general machine.

4, availability.

The total amount of pallets can be used without considering the rocking arm machine, while the general pallet machine carrying more than two tons will obviously feel "hard" because the general machine turntable is supported by 6-9 nylon rollers, and nylon rollers are consumables, carrying too heavy a load will obviously reduce its service life. If you use the rocking arm machine, the tray on the ground does not need any support, so the rocking arm machine can be applied to any weight of the stomping body.

5. Customizability.

Rocking arm machine has a wide range of application, all kinds of pallets it can package, for example, 2M * 2M pallets, like so to the general diameter of the pallet around the turntable to do 3M, because there is no such wide steel plate on the market, the turntable can only find two or even more steel plate splicing, which requires a high production process, the bearing capacity is also a test. But the rocker can handle this problem very well. The keel of the rocker is composed of a steel frame, and adjusting the size of the steel frame will be much simpler than the pallet surround machine. In other words, the performance of non-standard rocker machine is more assured than non-standard pallet machine.
